1.Enter debit card in the ATM.
2.Choose language.
3.Click “NO” if you did not receive activation code.
4.Activation code will be sent to your mobile number.
5.Click “YES” and receive the card from the ATM.
6.After receiving the OTP code, insert the card into the ATM and select the language.
7.Click “YES’ if you received the activation code.
8.Enter the OTP and click submit.
9.Enter a new PIN Code, then confirm the PIN Code again.
10.The PIN Code will be confirmed successfully.
11.Receive the card from the ATM.
1.Visit nearest branch.
2.Touch ATM screen and choose language.
3.Click “Update KYC”.
4.Insert the civil ID in the ATM is in the correct form.
5.The data will be updated automatically, and the card will exit.
Payment steps for the card (credit / prepaid):
1. Insert the card into the device or use (NFC).
2. Select "Language".
3. Enter the "Password" of the card.
4. Select the "credit card transfer" service from the list.
5. Choose the card.
6. Choose a discount account.
7. Enter the required amount.
8. Verify the data.
9. Print a receipt for the transaction.
10. Choose “Yes” for another process or “No” to finish.
11. Receive the card.
Card activation steps (credit/prepaid):
1. Insert the card into the device.
2. Select "Language".
3. The system will send a "Verification Code" - confirmation.
4. Enter the verification code and then "Confirm".
5. Enter the new password.
6. Confirm the new password.
7. Choose "Yes" for another process or "No" to finish.
8. Receive the card.
Print account statement for the card (credit/prepaid):
1. Insert a credit/prepaid card into the device.
2. Select "Language".
3. Enter the "Password" of the card.
4. Choose the "Account Statement Summary" service.
5. Print the short statement of account.
6. Choose “Yes” for another process or “No” to finish.
7. Receive the card.
8. Receive a copy of the account statement.
Change Card PIN (credit/prepaid):
1. Insert a credit/prepaid card into the device.
2. Select "Language".
3. Enter the "Password" of the card.
4. Choose the "Password Change" service.
5. Enter the new password.
6. Confirm the new password.
7. The password has been changed successfully.
8. Receive the Card.
Instant issuance of ATM card using the QR Code:
- After entering KFHOnline, select cards list, then “issue instant QR Code”.
- Enter the required data then click OK.
- Go to any KFH Branch that provides with instant card printing.
- Touch the device screen and select the language.
- Choose the QR card issuance.
- Take a photo of the QR Code that appears on the screen.
- Confirm the data shown on your phone and press OK.
- Continue to print the card on the ATM.
- To activate the card, please re-insert the card into the current device or visit the nearest ATM at KFH branches.
Instant issuance of ATM Card through Civil ID
- Go to any KFH Branch that provides with instant card printing.
- Touch the device screen and select the language.
- Choose the service of issuing a card through Civil ID.
- Insert the civil id through the device.
- A verification code will be sent to your mobile number to confirm, click “Yes”.
- Enter the verification code on the device then click “confirm”.
- Choose the account number for the card that needs to be issued.
- Please wait while the card is being issued.
- Receive the new card.
- To activate the card, please re-insert the card into the current device or visit the nearest ATM at KFH branches.
- Receive the Civil ID.
