Non-profit Organizations, Cooperative Organizations and Sports Clubs:

- Articles of association

- Official letter from PACI showing the organization civil ID number.

Students’ Unions inside and outside Kuwait:

- Official letter from the Ministry of Education or Kuwait University determining authorized persons.
