In a first step of its kind on the banks level, Kuwait Finance House (KFH) organized a training program for female customers, covering electronic services via KFH's "Online" product.
"The program, which covered 30 transactions as a first trial in this area, enables the female customer to access her accounts via KFH's website." Said Haya Al-Sahli, Manager – Ladies Unit of KFH, "Female customers are trained on the techniques to benefit from over 140 services provided by KFH's Online service in the various areas of KFH's activity." She added.
"Female customers constantly demand the introduction of such programs, which aim at educating the customers, and seek a higher degree of satisfaction by activating the direct relationship with the bank." She explained, indicating that the step would provide the customers with more benefits by empowering them to interact with KFH's services, any time, anywhere.
"Through practical training on the transactions available online, the female customer can break the psychological barrier in using the banking transactions online." She elaborated.
"KFH's website covers banking, commercial, real estate and investment areas, in addition to familiarizing the customers with all available products and services." She continued, "Furthermore, communication with customers can take place by receiving and responding to their suggestions via e-mail." She commented, stating that customers can subscribe to this service by accessing the website www.kfh.com through registering their information on the service subscription application form.
Al-Sahli mentioned that markets tendency now targets the women's segment, which is characterized by a privacy that requires special service to suit their interests and anticipations. "KFH has coped with such tendency by launching a special product for ladies, Al-Sundus, in addition to inaugurating continuous festivals throughout the year that belong to the ladies segment." She concluded.
