KFH has announced the new working hours for KFH branches to comply with the newly-established weekend in the public sector effective as of 1 September 2007, which reflects KFH's keenness to ensure easy and effective communication with clients during the week. "KFH 44 banks located throughout the State of Kuwait will be pleased to expect their respected clients during the week save Fridays and Saturdays from 8:00 am to 01:00 pm and in the evening from 5:00 pm to 7:00 except for the Head Office and the Ministries Complex branch" Branches Department Manager, Emad Abdul-Aziz Al-Sara'wi said. Al-Sara'wi also noted that KFH banks in Shuwaikh Business Exhibit and Al-Rai Exhibit will operate from Saturdays to Thursdays to match the official working hours of the two exhibits; thus will expect clients from 8:00 am to 12:30 during the morning, and from 4:00 to 7:30 in the evening time. Al-Sara'wi stressed that KFH provides more than 140 online services for clients through access to the website: www.kfh.com in addition to telephone service "ALLO Baitak", noting that both services can be accessed 24/7 to ensure provision of the best and quickest services to clients from anywhere; showing KFH's commitment to reinforce the relationship between KFH and clients.
