Kuwait Finance House’s (KFH) AGM for Assisting Services Sector Abdul Aziz Al-Jaber announced that KFH will be honored by the GCC in Muscat on November 8th for its prominent role in recruiting Kuwaitis, which reveals the official local and Gulf authorities’ appreciation of the role played by KFH, especially that KFH is keen on training and developing its Kuwaiti employees. This is rendered to be one of the forms of leadership, since KFH is considered to be the Harvard of Islamic banking that graduated most of the Islamic banking field distinguished figures in Kuwait and overseas. It is worth noting that the Kuwaiti employees at KFH reached 63%, which reveals their capabilities of leading the bank to more successes.
Moreover, Al-Jaber mentioned in a press release that KFH will be honored in Muscat because of its role in recruiting Kuwaitis, where the ministers of Labor and Social Affairs in the GCC will be present. Such an honoring is a milestone in KFH’s path and is a step forward in its attempts to build a solid network of qualified Kuwaiti employees in various fields, especially that KFH does not view its employees as mere job seekers, but as people who are capable of developing. He added that every employee is assessed, so that his inner creative powers can be discovered, which will allow him to unleash such powers in his chosen field of work at the bank. He also stated that extensive training programs are conducted for KFH’s employees to measure their understanding frequently.
Furthermore, Al-Jaber explained that KFH is aware of its direct role in supporting the official inclinations in the field of recruiting and training Kuwaitis, since it is known to be one of the most famous authorities in training employees to work in various fields.
