Kuwait Finance House (KFH) congratulated the Kuwaiti people and its clients for allowing the financing of private residence real estate acquisition from today, where the Ministry of Justice executed the final court sentence that was issued KFH’s favor, which allows it to deal with private residences according to Islamic financing regulations.
The Acting Legal Department Manager at KFH Councilor Mansour Abo Obaid explained that the Ministry of Justice executed the final court sentence that was issued in favor of KFH, which allowed it to deal with private residences according to Islamic financing regulations after completing all execution procedures dictated by law, and notifying the ministry. He told the people who have previous pending deals that their deals will be registered by the ministry.
KFH top management thanked the Minister of Justice Councilor Rashed Al-Hammad, the councilors working at the minister’s technical office, and Councilor Adel Al-Howeidy, who exerted tremendous efforts to execute the court sentence. He added that he noticed the positive role played by the Director of the Real Estate Registration and Authentication Department Councilor Adel Al-Howeidy during the meeting they had regarding the execution of the court sentence, which reveals the respect that the ministry has for the courts and the law. He went on to assert that Al-Howeidy gave instructions to the employees of his department to start the procedures required for all KFH’s private residencies houses, whether those mentioned in the court sentence, or the new applications. He added that KFH is eager to preserve the rights of people dealing with it and relentlessly exerted efforts to provide more than 30,000 Kuwaiti families with houses, which proves its leadership of the real estate market.
