Several major construction materials’ suppliers in the local market applauded Kuwait Finance House (KFH) products and services, in addition to the facilities, support, and cooperation it offers suppliers, which aims to boost sales of merchants and the services offered to clients. They called for constant cooperation and for cementing the mutual benefits among parties in the market. They went on to stress that KFH’s high status and the trust of various client segments, not to mention quality of service and KFH’s wide network of branches, led to an increase in the sales of merchants, especially since the materials’ producers and their clients benefit from certain facilities that KFH is well aware of. Such an awareness prompted KFH to offer facilities that benefit Kuwaitis who wish to build or renovate their houses, in addition to the rest of the clients, which boosts the construction business.
The Financing Services Department Manager at KFH Talal Al-Heneidi stated that the meeting that was organized by the department and included 65 construction materials suppliers stresses KFH methodology in developing and reinforcing the relationship among Kuwaiti companies and institutions. He added that KFH is keen on holding such events with new visions that play a role in developing the performance on commercial operations, which highlights KFH’s role as a major market maker. He went on to say that KFH offers his suppliers specialized training programs in the various fields, in addition to training them about providing services and marketing, which boosts their sales. He revealed that such meetings aim to reinforce communications with the suppliers, in order to listen to their suggestions and remarks, and to respond to any questions, in addition to discussing the latest market developments.
Moreover, he stated that the suppliers asked for more promotion festivals, since they positively affect the market, as a result of KFH’s high organizational abilities and skills in using various advertising tools.
