Kuwait Finance House (KFH) AGM for Commercial Sector Ahmed Al-Khaled stressed highlighted the strong relationship between KFH and its suppliers and car agencies in Kuwait, which comes as part of cooperation strategy that it is keen to develop with all segments of the market, in order to benefit the merchants, the local products, and boost the economy, since KFH continues to play its role as one of the most prominent market makers, which allows it to maintain its market share.
He added in a press statement on the sideline of a visit made by a delegation from Nissan Gulf Corporation to deliberate means of increasing sales of Nissan cars in Kuwait in conjunction with KFH, that KFH has relations with more than 5000 Kuwaiti suppliers, and that this relation is further cemented through holding marketing events and workshops that play a major role in boosting sales. During the meeting, KFH and Nissan discussed the best opportunities to benefit from KFH’s experience in car sales and leasing. The delegation visited the Shuweikh showroom, where it viewed all the services offered and the work mechanism followed at the Cars Department.
The Cars Department Manager at KFH Ahed Al-Eissa said that KFH managed to lead the market of financing new and used car purchases or leases through offering the best Shariah-compliant selling services through supporting the cars’ market in conjunction with car agencies and many suppliers by holding promoting and marketing campaigns. He explained that Shuweikh showroom is the first of its kind in the region and Asia, since it sells most brands of new cars under one roof since 1980s, which prompted many banks to try to copy the successful concept that was praised by the prestigious car experts who visited the showroom. The experts lauded the concept of making a “cars supermarket” where all cars can be found at one place, which allows clients to compare and choose what suits their needs. It is worth noting that KFH had upgraded the design and internal organization of the Shuweikh showroom, so that it matches its international counterparts, in addition to adding services, such as insurance on sold cars, traffic services, debt transfer, and other services.
The delegation included Senior Planning Manager at Nissan Gulf Kozora, the Sales and Products Distribution Managers Manwar Wasai and Natali Jarino, in addition to the Cars Sales General Manager at Nissan Babtain Essam Salama, and senior KFH officials.
