Kuwait Finance House (KFH) began to offer a new service for merchants and companies that supply the local market, where they can inquire about due payments through the Call Center on 1803333 and giving the employee the number of the purchase order or the supplier’s civil ID number.
Assistant General Manager for the Commercial Sector Ahmed Al-Khaled stated that the new service complements another system that KFH offers to its suppliers, where they can check their payments through visiting or calling the branch, in addition to calling the suppliers service unit, not to mention KFH Call Center that works 24 hours a day. He added that such services aim to satisfy KFH clients through offering them new products and services, while maintaining the quality of service, which reflects KFH’s status as one of the biggest Islamic banks in the world.
Regarding the segments that benefit from this service, Al-Khaled mentioned that all financial services suppliers, whether individuals or companies, can benefit from this service easily. He went on to say that the bank is working on developing the service to include in the future all suppliers of the Commercial Sector. He stressed the importance of the suppliers that reach 5000 supplier from major companies, and highlighted their role in providing most commodities and services that the day to day life of the people living in Kuwait requires, which prompted KFH to set up a special unit to care for and develop the relationship with the suppliers, since all work in the same market and seek to boost the national economy.
Al-Khaled concluded that such services contribute in achieving the utmost possible benefit of the high technology that KFH has become a pioneer in implementing it in various fields, which made its technical performance admired and applauded by major international corporations working in that field. However, he said that the clients’ trust is the most important factor.
