Kuwait Finance House (KFH) announced that it upgraded Tamweel Online service to allow all cell phones to use it, especially after it had been used on iPhones; thus allowing clients to take advantage of such free advanced services through their cell phones.
KFH’s AGM for Banking Sector Mohammed Al-Fozan stated that KFH planned to expand the segments of those benefitting from this unique service to include all cell phones, in an attempt to build on the success of phase one, where the program ranked first locally on the first day of applying it through app store. He explained that the service allows clients to take advantage of several benefits, such as bank statements, deposits, credit card transactions, money transfer, payment of bills and installments, notify the ban in case of card loss, charity, and real estate deals. He noted that such advanced services serve to cement the bank’s leadership in the field of innovative electronic solutions, which allowed KFH to receive the award of Best Regional Bank in applications of advanced technology by the most prestigious rating agencies, since KFH has always been keen to offer new innovative solutions that are based on the highest security standards.
Moreover, he said that this unprecedented service will have an easy to use design on cell phones, in order to ensure a smooth and safe service. He mentioned that in order for the client to use the service, he has to log onto kfh.com or m.kfh.com and register using his username, since there is no need to have a new username or new password.
