Kuwait Finance House (KFH) offered a "Al-Khumasiya" deposit product that gives annual returns. The deposit is designed for clients who seek annual distributions that are easily liquefied and that suit their demands. The minimum sum of money in the deposit is KD 5000, and individuals and companies are allowed to benefit from this deposit. This comes as a step that complements KFH’s saving vessels, and allows the bank to take maximum advantage of the sum of money deposited that reaches 100% over five years. The client can benefit from the returns of the annual deposit and saving account together if he chooses to withdraw the deposit before its due date.
KFH’s AGM for Banking Sector Mohammed Al-Fozan stated that KFH continues to present multiple saving vessels with different time frames and returns, which allows clients to receive regular monthly, quarterly, and annually cash flows. This suits various client segments, but the "Al-Khumasiya" deposit allows KFH to invest the full amount of money in the deposit to achieve best returns, while allowing the depositor to withdraw the deposit and still benefit from the deposit’s annual profit for the past years and the profits of the saving account. He added that the deposit can be made at any time of the year, and that the deposit will be invested according to KFH’s general investment guidelines. He stressed that KFH possesses the highest market share in deposits, as a result of the products it offers that grant competitive returns. Such significant growth in deposits is driven by the trust that KFH clients have in their bank and in its ability to invest optimally.
Moreover, Al-Fozan mentioned that KFH’s branches reached 53 branches through carefully geographic expansion, and that KFH offers its client deposits that suit their requirements, such as continuous deposits, saving accounts, youths and children’s accounts, Al-Kawthar deposit that offers monthly returns, and the "Al-Thulathiya" deposit that offers returns quarterly. He went on to say that KFH has Baiti account for children and Al-Shabab account for youths, and noted that Al-Sundus banking account has attracted new segments of ladies. For men, he explained that the bank offers them Al-Rubban account, in addition to Al-Tamayyuz service that caters to clients with high financial coverage.
