Kuwaiti Finance House (KFH) declared that it has completed installation and operation of 16 ATMs at Ministry of Interior sites, General Traffic Department and General Immigration Department within five governorates under a contract signed earlier with Ministry of Interior. KFH clients and non-KFH customers can now benefit from services made available using these advanced machines to meet their needs for cash funds and balance inquiries and other services extended to assist with their requirements as promptly as needed.
Direct Sale Unit Manager, Mr. Nidal Ahmed Amin, said in a press release that: "KFH has completed successfully installation of 16 multipurpose ATMs at Ministry of Interior sites and provided technical support within a record lead time under a contract signed with the Ministry of Interior a short while ago. KFH’s reliance on advanced hi-tech banking applications, highly qualified technical staff in addition to cooperation and coordination extended by the Ministry officials made this service possible and available for clients without delay".
Mr. Amin added: "In addition to ATMs, KFH has initiated a reception desk “Service Counter” inside Ministry of Interior, at the Administrative Affairs building capable of providing ATM services for the sole purpose of attending to and completing new employees appointment procedures as well as other employees and clients who wish to open new accounts and benefit of banking services through ATMs at the same location. Attending staff at the Service Counter will also be ready to address all issues related to KFH banking services and products provided to its clients. The Service Counter as such rises as an unprecedented effort at the level of services rendered by banks in public places to provide full-fledged services through this site to save time and effort of new and existing employees and clients".
Mr. Amin explained that: “This initiative originates from KFH strategy aimed at moving closer with KFH services and products to serving existing client at their work dwellings and reaching out to targeted customers. In so doing we will be using the latest technological applications to be employed optimally to attain this goal. At the same time, this initiative and many others will definitely reinforce KFH relationships with government authorities and institutions and private sector entities to uplift service level provided to clients”.
Mr. Amin added that: “KFH will have completed a plan in the upcoming period to enhance its presence in other ministries and institutions for the benefit of a wider client base stemming from good relations with both the public and private sectors as KFH seeks to achieve additional exposure of its services and products to its customers at different locations using advanced technological solutions and high quality.
