Kuwait Finance House (KFH) launched a new campaign to encourage clients to use online services, such as ‘Tamweel Online’ that KFH offers for free on kfh.com, where prizes with a total value of KD 15000 will be given to winners at the end of the campaign that starts this month and ends in August.
KFH’s AGM for Banking Sector Mohammed Al-Fozan explained that the campaign coincides with the summer holidays season, where clients’ demand for e-services increases. He added that the new client will be granted two opportunities to enter the draw once he signs the online service form. He went on to say that a third opportunity will be granted to the client when he uses the service after it has been activated. He remarked that current subscribers will be granted one opportunity to enter the draw once they log in the service.
Moreover, he said that the subscription procedures will be complete when the client fills in the form that is found at KFH’s site. Clients can also contact the Call Center or visit any KFH branch, where their service will be activated immediately once they hand in the form. The clients can log in the service and register in simple steps. He revealed that the campaign’s awards will be granted to 15 winners after a draw in September, where each winner will take KD 1000.
Al-Fozan asserted that KFH’s e-services are highly appreciated by local and regional authorities, especially after KFH won the best technical commercial project over the private sector in Kuwait, which was part of the award of His Highness Sheikh Salem Al-Ali for technology. In addition to that, KFH won two other regional awards in the field of technology during the past few months.
Furthermore, he stated that KFH’s e-services are highly secure through advanced technology systems, in order to protect all transactions, not to mention that ‘Tamweel Online’ service offers over 150 services that save money, time, and effort, such as individual and multi transactions, and telexes. Clients can also pay their bills and the amount due on their credit cards, in addition to paying any financing installments.
Al-Fozan concluded by saying that KFH’s e-services are known for their diversification of channels that seek to reach clients in several ways, such as KFH’s applications on Blackberries and i-Phones, SMS services, ATM machines that include the machine that accepts deposits, and points of sale machines that are found in many locations in Kuwait.
