The Call Center Manager at Kuwait Finance House Meshaal Al-Obaid announced that KFH offers a new technological service that is considered to be the first in Kuwait, where clients can activate their renewed ATM cards without contacting the client service officer or visiting any banking branch. He added that once the client receives the new card, he will be able to activate it over the phone and change its password through following the instructions. It is worth noting that KFH had announced that specialized international companies will shoulder the responsibility of delivering banking cards to clients wherever they are.
Moreover, he mentioned that this service reflects KFH’s keenness to invest in electronic channels; thus improving client service. KFH also seeks to offer all banking, commercial, and real estate services for clients through alternative electronic channels, which allows them access to those services from their homes or offices.
Furthermore, Al-Obaid stated that a specialized team from his department has been trained to offer immediate support to KFH clients who use those electronic channels. He went on to say that further electronic services for companies will be launched this year.
