Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, and Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs Mohammed Al-Noumas applauded the efforts exerted by Kuwait Finance House (KFH) and its keenness to support main causes concerning the individual and the society. He added that KFH managed to accomplish that through several projects that were executed in collaboration with the government as part of its social responsibility role, such as establishing KFH Narcotics Addiction Rehabilitation Center and renovating the Juvenile Care facility.
Those statements were made during a training workshop that was held by the Ministry of Awqaf at the rehabilitation center, where several specialists from correction facilities took part in the event.
Meanwhile, KFH’s Human Resources Manager Mohammed Al-Jallal asserted while being honored that the center was built seven years ago with a cost of assisted drug addicts to recover, which makes it a significant added value to the society and the government. He noted that KFH’s social responsibility is not limited to one field, but extends to the educational, health, and people with special needs sectors, in addition to supporting security authorities and correction facilities.
