Kuwait Finance House (KFH) announced that it has added four new services for its online application on iPhone, iPad, and iPod. It is worth noting that the previous devices are highly used in Kuwait, and the services include providing the client with monthly report regarding his credit card transactions, activation of ATM cards, cheque book request, and change of password for the system.
This step is part of KFH’s efforts to underline the importance of using technology for the interest of clients, where the application is free for all udders worldwide through App Store. KFH is keen to increase services offered to its clients, and reinforce means that protect the rights of users.
Moreover, KFH has recently launched an online application for android users. This application has been downloaded heavily locally and worldwide, where clients can execute several free banking, commercial, and real estate services, such as transferring money from one account to the other, a detailed balance inquiry, supervise credit card transactions, settling credit card due payments, and paying commercial and real estate installments. Those services can be accessed through using the same username and password for the online service.
Such efforts complement what KFH had previously offered its clients, including six iPhone and iPad applications. Those applications vary from raising awareness regarding diabetes, to the electronic holy Quran that is used by over one million users around the world.
Global Finance Magazine has also awarded KFH as best bank in online banking services, in recognition of its relentless efforts in that field.
