Kuwait Finance House announced the organizing of a cultural competition about Kuwait. The competition coincides with the liberation and independence festivals held this month. The competition will be held daily starting from February 19th-28th, where one question will be asked daily on KFH’s website www.kfh.com. Winners will receive Samsung S2 cell phones.
Marketing and Public Relations Department Fahad Al-Mukhaizeem explained that the competition aims to encourage people to read and be aware of basic historical and geographical information about Kuwait. He remarked that a winner can win only once in this competition and that the draws will be supervised by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. He went on to say that all people in Kuwait can compete through registering their data and mentioning the correct answer. The competitors must not be less than 13 years old, and the winners will be announced through KFH’s accounts on Facebook, Twitter, and KFHGroup. Winners can collect their cell phones during the bank’s working hours within 30 days of announcing the names of the winners at the Marketing and Public Relations Department in KFH’s main office. Winners must bring their original civil IDs to be able to receive their prizes.
Moreover, Al-Mukhaizeem mentioned that this competition comes second after KFH announced that it will grant all Kuwaiti babies born on February 25th-26th this year KD 100 each. He revealed that KFH will also place colorful lights on its main building that was built in the 1980s.
