Kuwait Finance House (KFH) offered distinguished Kuwait University graduates (2010-2011) a prepaid card worth KD 100, after they were honored by His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah. This step reflects KFH’s efforts in encouraging academic excellence, since education and science are the pillars for the development of nations.
Public Relations and Marketing Department Manager at KFH Fahad Al-Mukhaizeem explained that this initiative underlines KFH’s keenness to support education through motivating distinguished students. He added that those students will be of great benefit to Kuwait in the future; especially that the economy field has become the backbone of development and prosperity in most countries. He mentioned that this is part of KFH’s support in the field of education and social responsibility. He revealed that KFH is one of the main supporters of the education process and the efforts exerted by the government in that field. He also noted that KFH assists school and other education institutions by providing them with equipment and furniture throughout the year. He went on to say that every year KFH honors high achievers in the final high school year, and supports the student’s fund. KFH also supports several internal scholarships by paying the education fees of students who graduate from high school and join local private universities, in conjunction with other concerned official authorities.
