Kuwait Finance House (KFH) announced that it has launched a new version of the electronic Quran that includes several advantages, such as being compatible for iPad, and including the meanings of the Quran in Arabic, English, French, and Turkish.
Marketing, Public Relations and Strategic Planning Department Manager Fahad Al-Mukhaizeem said that KFH was keen to offer the public this precious gift before Ramadan, since it is a month of piety and many people read the Quran during Ramadan. He added that launching this new edition cements KFH’s image as the first Islamic bank in Kuwait, and spreads Quran on a wide scale through all smart gadget users. He went on to say that such a step is highly appreciated by people who like technology, and helps people in reciting and reading the Holy Quran.
Moreover, he stated that the first version of this program was released two years ago, but was constantly updated to allow millions of Apple gadgets users around the world to download it for free. The program allows for instant search for any meaning or word in the Quran, and the reader can also choose the colors of the backgrounds that he prefers.
Furthermore, other features include full support of IOS4 operative system and Retina Display, in addition to allowing the user to select from several options (listening to Quran-listening to the meanings). The new version also allows for rapid flipping of pages. The user can download the program through App Store by searching for ‘KFH’, then signing in using the password of his account on App Store.
