Kuwait Finance House (KFH), the world’s leading Islamic financial institution, launched a new account called ‘Call Account’ for companies, in an attempt to diversify its services and offer new products in the market; especially that KFH is keen to meet the increasing requirements of its clients.
Chief Retail Banking Officer at KFH Mohammed Al-Fouzan said that the account has many privileges, such as receiving annual profit for the money deposited in the account, receiving e-corporate online services, receiving ATM cards that enable clients to deposit cash and cheques using KFH ATM machines, allowing companies to use KFH phone services through calling 1803333, and requesting ‘mandoob card’ to deposit cash and cheques at ATM machines found at KFH banking branches.
Al-Fouzan mentioned that the minimum sum of money to open the account is KD 1000 or its equivalent in foreign currencies, and added that the account can be opened using US dollars, Sterling Pound, and Euro. He stated that deposits are accepted in cash or cheques withdrawn from KFH branches or any local bank. He went on to say that the client can use other methods of deposit, such as transferring among accounts or through e-services offered by KFH.
Moreover, Al-Fouzan said that the owner of the account or his representative can withdraw cash from the account, perform external money transfer, give payment orders, or transfer money to another KFH account and local banks, in addition to setting up investment deposits or any other withdrawals by deducting from the account.
Al-Fouzan asserted that KFH is keen to offer unique services and products in the market, based on its strategy to innovate its banking and e-services for companies and retail, which cements the bank’s status as the best Islamic bank.
