Kuwaiti Minister of State for Planning and Development Affairs Rola Dashti applauded Kuwait Finance House KFH’s interest in national human resources and its keenness to develop them and hone their skills. In addition she applauded KFH’s role in paving the way before Kuwaiti youths and granting them opportunities to find the jobs that meet their aspirations in the banking field and other sectors, noting that KFH has been recently awarded Certificate of Excellence in job Kuwitization.
On the side line of opening training institutions scientific forum that was organized by the Association of Training Members at Public Authority for Applied Education and Training, and during her visit to KFH’s booth, Dashti elucidated that the country’s private sector has become able to gear the development role and shoulder the social responsibility in attracting and qualifying national workforce.
The forum that was sponsored by KFH aims to support and activate training institutions’ roles and enhance the performance of the social bodies to adapt the country’s development vision.
