Public Relations and Media Senior Manager at Kuwait Finance House (KFH) Saeed Tawfiqi said that KFH began launching its national activities that will take place in February on the sideline of the 52nd Independence Day, and 22nd Liberation Day anniversaries. He added that KFH has taken part in such events and festivals during the past years, and explained that KFH will launch a photography competition on its Instagram account kfhgroup this month. All people from all ages and nationalities can take part in the competition, if the pictures taken are related to the independence and liberation. This will encourage people who are talented in photography, and deepen their loyalty and pride for the country. In addition, KFH will illuminate its main office, Baitok Tower, and other strategic buildings using the colours of the Kuwaiti flag, not to mention congratulation messages on billboards at malls. KFH vehicles have also been decorated to suit the event.
Furthermore, Tawfiqi stated that KFH witnessed positive reactions from its clients after taking part in programs last year, such as sponsoring religious programs that raised religious and cultural awareness. This event was attended by an audience from Kuwait and watched by other audiences overseas, which prompted KFH to continue sponsoring such programs this year, as part of its vision as an Islamic financial institution. In addition, KFH launched a competition that targets youths that was about the history of Kuwait and other general knowledge about it, in order to enrich the awareness of people living in Kuwait.
Moreover, Tawfiqi mentioned that Kuwait managed during 52 years of independence to establish a social and economic development that is applauded worldwide, such as the development evident in various economic sectors, including the banking sector that KFH and other banks are part of.
