Kuwait Finance House KFH has announced Ziad Al-Omar as General Manager of Human Resources and General Services.
Ziad Al-Omar, who graduated in 1986 from the University of Kuwait, has long and deep experience in the field of human resources, and he won numerous awards, like "The Best commander" in 1999 from the Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) which qualifies him to act as GM of human resources and public services.
Moreover, He held offices in several companies, like in Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) for up to 16 years and Watanya Company for 10 years in addition to Zain Company.
The human resources department is considered to be one of the important departments in any institution and that’s because of the importance of the human sector and its impact on production and efficiency on the one hand, and its significant role in developing the staff through advanced training programs on the other.
It’s worth mentioning that KFH is implementing  the restructuring plan initiated in the last year, which contributed to increasing most KFH’s  financial indicators, and it also improved most of annual results, besides  the major development  in  work performance and achieving the bank’s goals.
