Chief Retail Banking Officer at Kuwait Finance House (KFH) Mohamed Nasser Al-Fouzan announced the launching of three new online services for iPhone, iPad, and iPod users, which form the largest segment of smart phone and tablet users in Kuwait. He added that the services include setting up an investment deposit that suits the requirements of clients, Iban transactions, and changing the system’s password.
It is worth noting that KFH has recently launched a service that allows clients to open deposits through ATM machines, and through Alo Baitok 1803333, which saves time and effort. Such services cements the bank’s market share in the field of banking deposits.
Al-Fouzan mentioned that this step comes as part of the bank’s efforts to use advanced technology for the interest of the client, where the application is available for to all users worldwide through App Store. He went on to say that KFH is keen to increase services offered to clients through the application, in addition to reinforcing security measures to protect users.
KFH was the first to launch the Online Application two years ago for App Store users. Clients can download the application for free through searching for the word ‘KFH’. Through this application, KFH clients can execute several free banking, commercial, and real estate services, such as transferring money among accounts, a detailed balance report, following up on credit card transactions, paying any due payments for credit cards, presenting the client with a monthly report about credit card operations, activating ATM cards, requesting a new cheque book, and paying commercial and real estate payments. All these services can be accessed using one username and password for Tamweel Online at any time and place. The same services are available for android users.
Al-Fouzan highlighted previous services that include seven iPhone and iPhone services that vary from Baitok Tadawol, and other social responsibility services, such as raising awareness about diabetes and the electronic Holy Quran.
