these training courses that are held by specialized trainers and lecturers emphasizes KFH’s philosophy in the great concern in its human resources in addition to the pursuit of continuous training courses and developing them according to the latest systems and programs in the banking field .KFH is proud to hire national workforce who are competent and will hold positions in many financial institutions. Furthermore, the training curricula contain variety of subjects that enrich trainees with the definition of all the work and activities of KFH and include banking products and services, customer service, quality of service and the legitimacy of transactions, the philosophy of banks, operational risk and other subjects relevant to present banking.
The training programs last for two months, theoretical and practical, and then the trainees are to submit draft programs to the concerned part so to ascertain the extent of understanding and the ability to practice the scientific research.
