Chief Retail Banking Officer at Kuwait Finance House (KFH), a global leading Islamic financial institution, Mohammad Al-Fouzan has announced the launch of a new, innovative Turkish Real Estate financing service. Introduced in collaboration with Kuveyt Turk (KFH Turkey) the Turkish Real Estate financing service will allow KFH’s Private Banking and Al-Tamayoz customers to quickly, effectively and conveniently acquire Turkish real estate.
Al-Fouzan said that this new service provides KFH customers with a comprehensive, end-to-end solution to their Turkish real estate requirements, tailored to their specific needs. The service will support KFH customers searching for properties in Turkey, providing assistance on negotiation of an acquisition price, competitive Islamic real estate financing and offering post-sales services, should investors need Kuveyt Turk to manage the properties in their absence.
He added that a specialized section has been established by KFH, located at ‘Burj Baitak’ in Kuwait City, in order to effectively support customers purchasing real estate in Turkey. This office acts as contact point for KFH customers interested in acquiring property in Turkey and provides them with the relevant administrative services related to Turkish real estate.– Document gathering and handling, information distribution and logistics handling.
