Executive Manager, Banking Branches at Kuwait Finance House (KFH), Jamal Al-Khulaifi explained that KFH’s 63 branches spread throughout Kuwait increase market share, reinforce communications with clients and offer integrated high-end banking services that cater for clients’ aspirations and meet their requirements.
Al-Khulaifi added, in a press statement, that KFH enjoys huge branches network spanning residential areas that operate in one shift, and branches at malls and in commercial areas that operate in two shifts; morning and evening as per the Central Bank of Kuwait CBK’s instructions.
He went on to say that KFH’s 17 branches located in vibrant areas at malls and commercial areas play a significant role in drawing clients’ attention to KFH’s products and services. In addition, they grant KFH the opportunity to promote services and products to suppliers and companies, which contributes to increasing KFH’s market share and supporting its competitive position amongst peers.
Moreover, Al-Khulaifi said that the process of deciding on the locations of branches is based on strategic vision and thoughtful plans as emanated from the bank’s aims to expand, and provide the highest levels of convenience for clients.
Al-Khulaifi indicated that KFH’s 17 branches at malls and commercial areas are distributed in all governorates. They are; Sharq branch, Sour branch, Alwataniya branch, Ibn Khaldoun Street branch, Alfarwaniya branch, Aldajij branch, Jahra commercial center branch, Al-Muthanna complex branch, Abullah Alahmad Street branch, The United branch, Beirut branch, Salem Almubarak Street branch, Albaher Complex branch, Manshar complex branch, Avenues mall branch, Mubarak complex branch, and Alia center branch.
