Kuwait Finance House KFH’s ordinary general assembly held its meeting on Sunday March 23rd 2014. After approving the points on the agenda, Hamad Abdulmohsen Al-Marzouq, Khaled Salem Al-Nusf, Moaz Saoud Al-Osaimi, Fahad Ali Al-Ghanem Abdulaziz Yaqoub Al-Nafisi, Noor Al-Rahman Abed, were elected as board members, in addition to Awqaf Public Authority represented by  Abdulmohsen Al-Khrafi as a member, Yousef Alsagr and Bader Alrabia as substitutes.
Furthermore, the Board of Directors held its first meeting, the 13th (2014-2016) yesterday, Monday where Hamad Al-Marzouq was appointed as the Chairman, and Abdulaziz Al-Nafisi Deputy Chairman.
