Kuwait Finance House (KFH) inked a Memorandum of Understanding MoU with Gulf University for Science and Technology (GUST) in an attempt to provide a framework for cooperation and coordination concerning workshops, seminars, and to develop a constructive connection between the two parties. The MoU was signed on the sideline of the job fair held at GUST where KFH took part in it.
Zeyad Al-Omar, Human Resources and General Services General Manager at KFH said, on the occasion of the MoU signing, that KFH affirms its constant interest in supporting students and the youths, through organizing conferences, lectures and training courses that guarantee qualified graduates and students. He added that the MoU positions students at the forefront and boosts KFH status and reputation. In addition, it entrenches KFH’s policy that prioritizes society and educational institutions.
Moreover, Al-Omar went on to say that KFH is keen on offering job opportunities to nationals, not to mention widen their choices of jobs by the continuous participation in the job fair, in order to allow them accurately decide on the opportune job that will be conducive to success and convenience.
Meanwhile, Dr. Salah Al-Sharhan, VP Development and Planning at GUST, said that KFH’s step of signing the MoU is commendable and it represents a gesture of support from a pioneer representative of a private sector in Kuwait.
He underscored KFH’s status that possesses a large market share of financial operations in global markets. Furthermore, He explained that this highlights the fact that KFH is considered to be one of the most important local and global economic entities that shoulder a prominent role in corporate citizenship.
