Farwaniya Governor Sheikh Faisal Al-Sabah applauded the role shouldered by Kuwait Finance House (KFH) in boosting the national economy through its various contributions in the banking sector, and other commercial and financial businesses. It is worth noting that the governor had received at his office the Third Area Manager Mohammed Al-Mekhyal, Ardiya Branch Manager Mohammed Al-Zeyadi, and the PR team.
During the visit, the governor stated that KFH shoulders a pivotal role in the local, regional, and global arenas through its extensive network in the GCC, Europe, and Asia; thus cementing international and economic relationships amongst countries. He added that KFH also bears a significant social responsibility role, since various institutions in Kuwait seek to serve the country.
Al-Sabah expressed his pride, since KFH is the first Islamic financial institution that focused on leading the Islamic banking field worldwide. He called for the continuation of such efforts, in order to serve the national economy, which will eventually lead to economic prosperity. He highlighted KFH’s visit, and stressed that it underscores the strong relationships between the private and public sectors.
Meanwhile, Al-Mekhyal said that KFH is keen to reinforce communication with the governmental sector, since KFH’s strategy and goals coincide with the government’s strategy concerning the boosting of the economy, and achieving development. He explained that KFH seeks to increase its number of branches, in order to offer better banking services.
At the end of the visit, Al-Mekhyal offered Al-Sabah a commemorative plaque, and wished him continuous prosperity.
