A delegation from the Ministry of Finance commended Kuwait Finance House KFH’s website (kfh.com) for its appealing format and content. The delegation expressed admiration for data classification, mechanism of updating information and comprehensive subjects and materials in the website, not to mention its ability to multi-task.

The delegation added, during its visit to KFH, that the visit’s importance lies in understanding the mechanisms and procedures followed at KFH when updating the website, and the harmony between the content, be it press releases, reports, advertisements, and any ins and outs related to banking products and services, and the approved policies of the bank. The delegation also aimed from the visit to be acquainted with the kinds of forms and how the process of approving them goes, in addition to the rights and duties of the website in the level of the institution, and the coordination mechanism with all departments in the institutions to streamline work and ensure high standard quality.

Furthermore, the delegation noted that it had gone through numerous websites of several public and private entities and corporations; however, it ranked (kfh.com) number 1 website in Kuwait. It stressed the fact that institutions’ websites are extremely important since they are highly sensitive and reflect the image of the institution, noting that a website should enjoy high level of security, accuracy and quality.

Meanwhile, KFH Strategy and Corporate Affairs General Manager, Fahad Al-Mukhaizeem stated during the meeting, that KFH’s website (kfh.com) witnesses huge clients turnout. He added that clients avail numerous high-end services the website offers, noting that the website plays a significant role in saving clients’ time and efforts by providing ample services in hand.
