Human Resources and General Services General Manager at Kuwait Finance House (KFH) Zeyad Al-Omar asserted that training courses boost the performance of employees and the bank. He added that such courses are crucial to enriching the knowledge of employees, and in developing their skills.
Al-Omar stated during his speech on the sideline of honoring KFH employees who obtained the Certified Islamic Banker certificate, that KFH applauds its employees’ efforts to develop themselves. He noted that KFH encourages such initiatives, since they reflect the image of their leading Islamic banking institution worldwide. It is worth noting that the event was attended by Banking Branches Executive Manager Jamal Al-Khulaifi, Banking Branches Executive Manager (ladies) Tahani Al-Khamees, and Training and Development Executive Manager Emad Mirza.
Moreover, Al-Omar explained that eight employees managed to obtain the CIB certificate, and stressed that this certificate is of paramount importance in the Islamic banking field; especially that it is accredited worldwide.
The honored employees expressed their gratitude towards such an honoring, and underscored their determination to continue to make academic achievements. They added that such academic efforts will lead to better services for KFH clients.
