Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has opened 2 branches; one of them is smart at Avenues mall, and the other at Aliaa Center in Al-Jahraa, where the network of branches has reached 63 branches spread throughout Kuwait. Opening new branches comes in line with KFH’s strategy of expansion and enhancing KFH’s position in the banking field. In addition, such a step bid to further serve clients and cater to their needs.

Executive Manager, Banking Branches at KFH, Jamal Al-Khulaifi explained that both branches provide integrated services to clients where they offer various services like; credit facilities, guarantee letters, opening accounts, deposits, banking cards, clearance document, checks and other banking services.

He went on to say that Avenues branch is a smart branch that copes with the latest technology. Clients can enjoy a new experience of banking services when visiting the branch and be introduced to the high-end services that rise up to the global technological banking standards. In addition, he explained that Aliaa branch contains two separate sections for men and women to guarantee private atmospheres.

Moreover, Al-Khulaifi said that the process of selecting the locations of branches was based on strategic vision and thoughtful plans as emanated from the bank’s aims to expand, and provide the highest levels of convenience for clients.

Furthermore, he asserted that KFH has prepared a skillful staff that received training courses and workshops and are on the alert to hold their positions in the new branches to serve clients and provide the highest standards of quality.

It’s worth noting that Avenues smart branch opens from 10 am until 2 pm, and from 5 pm till 7 pm, while Aliaa branch opens from 9 am till 1 pm, and from 5 pm till 7 pm.
