Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has launched a summer training program for employees’ female children and a group of distinguished students nominated by the Public Authority of Minors Affairs aged 15-17. The training program aims at raising the children’s educational level in different areas that are tailored to meet their aspiration and contribute to develop their skills and abilities.
Moreover, the training program includes various subjects, competitions, in addition to outside activities. Students will be introduced to a brief about banking and the difference between Islamic and conventional banks, teamwork, branches mechanism, presentations skills, PowerPoint, customer service, not to mention marketing and its tools; social media channels. It’s worth noting that the training program that lasts for 10 days comes as part of the bank’s social responsibility.
