Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has launched e-statement service for credit and prepaid cards holders as part of the bouquet of services KFHonline offers to KFH clients. KFH aims from offering the e-statement service to better serve clients and provide them with added value.  

Senior Manager Card Support at KFH, Salem Al-Duwaisan stated that the e-statement service provides clients with detailed information about transactions conducted during the month. In addition, it provides clients with the offers and discounts available.

He added that KFH credit and prepaid cards holders can subscribe in the service by choosing it among services list in kfhonline, where clients will receive an email of the e-statement automatically on a monthly basis.

He went on to say that the e-statement enjoys highest standards of security as subscribers cannot access the e-statement unless they follow some security steps including password.

Al-Duwaisan explained that KFH struggles to cater for clients aspirations and offers them high end banking services while maintaining the leadership position in banking cards market.
