Al-Amiri Hospital's diabetes unit has honoured Kuwait Finance House (KFH) in recognition of its cooperation and efforts to stop diabetes and raise awareness of its effects. KFH has a unique program to support all institutions, entities, and medical centers involved in fighting against diabetes and preventing its danger.

Head of the Diabetes Unit at Al-Amiri Hospital Dr. Abdulnabi Al-Attar affirmed at KFH’s honouring ceremony that KFH presented best models of coordination and cooperation in fighting against diabetes. He said that KFH’s presence at the ceremony affirms its keenness on participating in the events and forums concerned with raising the health awareness in the society.

It’s worth noting that KFH has inked a memorandum of understanding with International Diabetes Federation IDF. The MoU is regarded as the first of its kind at the level of banks. It aims at raising the level of diabetes medical services in the GCC and Middle East.
