Kuwait Finance House (KFH) participated in a breast cancer awareness lecture themed “Together, We Can Defeat Cancer” as part of its social responsibility and in efforts to educate people on the danger of this disease and how it affects the community, yet to raise the importance of prevention and early detection of breast cancer.

Delivered the lecture were Head of Kuwait Society of Nuclear Medicine Dr. Fahad Marafi, with participation of Dr. Rania Azmi, while hosted the lecture was an inspiring lady who has beaten breast cancer and spoke about her experiences to the audience in the lecture hall.

KFH’s participation in lecture was a culmination of several contributions and events held in the breast cancer awareness month, October. KFH has lately announced its sponsorship and support to the National Breast Cancer Awareness campaign for the second consecutive year in collaboration with the Kuwait Cancer Control Center.

The campaign included a variety of awareness events and discussion sessions meant to spread awareness among women in the society. Moreover, KFH presented a number of awareness programs in social media platforms.
