Chief of Retail Banking at Kuwait Finance House (KFH) Mohammed Al-Fouzan stated that updating the data of clients makes it easier for the bank to communicate with them at all times; thus ensuring continuous banking services. He applauded clients who responded by updating their data, and asked clients who did not update their data to visit KFH branches.
Al-Fouzan explained that KFH continues to update the data of its clients at its 58 branches easily. He added that such procedures come in compliance with instructions from supervisory authorities, and remarked that main banking operations, such as cash deposit and withdrawal will be blocked later for clients that did not update their data. He went on to say branches in residential areas open from 8:30-3 pm, while the branch at the Ministries Complex works from 8:30-2 pm. Clients can also visit commercial branches in the evening from 5-7 pm, in addition to morning working hours from 9-1 pm. Avenues Mall and Ibn Khaldoun St. branches work from 10-2 pm.
Furthermore, Al-Fouzan said that clients who are abroad can update their data through printing the form found at www.kfh.com, filling it, and sending it with a copy of the civil ID to Kuwait, Al-Safat, Zip Code 13110, PO. Box 24989, Kuwait Finance House, Branches Department. Clients in Kuwait can also print the form and fill it before heading to the branch, which saves time and effort.
