Kuwait Finance House (KFH) has received two Awards for “Customer Service Excellence, and Best Corporate and Public Affairs” from Kuwait Public Relations Association.
KFH received the awards at the Kuwait Public Relations Association award ceremony that was held Under the auspice of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah in presence of Minister of Social Affairs and Labor, Minister of State for Planning and Development Hind Al-Subaih and Chief of Amiri Protocol and Chamberlain at the Amiri Diwan, Honorary President of Kuwait Public Relations Association Sheikh Khaled Al-Abdullah Al-Sabah.
The awards aim at underscoring the importance of Customer Service and public relations that require unique skills and high experience. It is worth mentioning that winners have been selected based on international and professional criteria.
The awards confirm KFH’s great contribution to the activity of public relations activities, its various practices in everyday life, and its influence on economy in general. Moreover, the awards consolidate KFH’s relationship with the surrounding environment, through social responsibility that requires good relationship with subsidiaries, associates, companies with similar business activities, and peers.
Furthermore, KFH aims at creating best practices of public relations program inside KFH group. This serves in fulfilling the set strategic goals and the approved programs and plans of the organization by promoting harmony between KFH core banking business and assuming the corporate social responsibility.
